One of the highly artistic objects found in Biarescie in the layer of the XIII century was a bone chess king. It is a sculptural bust image of a human figure made in a realistic manner – a rounded shape of the face, furrowed brows, protruding eyes with pinpoint pupils, a slightly hooked nose, small droopy moustache, wedge-shaped beard, small protruding ears, and long shoulder-length hair that spreads out slightly at the bottom. On the head of the figure, there is a round flat cap decorated with ornaments. The left arm is covered with a round shield, and the right arm is bent at the elbow and holds a handle of a mace placed on the shoulder. The height of the chess king is 4.6 cm.
